If you’re feeling stuck, a personalized 1:1 session can help.

Ready for Change? Let’s Try a Science-Backed Approach

Are you setting goals like stop overdrinking or finally overcome procrastination but finding yourself stuck in the same patterns? As a high achiever, you know how to get things done. But when it comes to these personal challenges, typical strategies just aren’t getting you there. If you’re ready to get to the root of what’s holding you back—with a fresh approach rooted in science and evidence—you’re in the right place.

As a developmental psychologist, I bring an understanding of human growth and change that goes beyond willpower and quick fixes. In our 1:1 coaching, we’ll approach your goals from a process-oriented, evidence-based perspective that’s distinct from therapy. This is not about diagnosing or treating; it’s about uncovering practical pathways to real, lasting change.

Why High-Achiever Strategies Aren’t Enough (and How Our Process Goes Deeper)

Yes, we’ll address the changes you want—whether that’s overcoming procrastination, reducing stress, or breaking unwanted habits like overdrinking. But instead of focusing on the “end result” alone, we’ll look at the deeper forces at play. Here’s what makes our work different:

  • Rooted in Science and Evidence: Our sessions integrate developmental psychology, somatic practices, and proven tools that have helped countless individuals make real change. This isn’t just theory—these are evidence-backed methods tailored to help you create transformation.

  • Getting to the Root (Without Being Therapy): While we’re addressing underlying patterns, our work is growth-focused, not clinically therapeutic. We’re diving into root causes that help you understand why certain habits stick, but we’re doing it in a way that’s practical and forward-moving.

  • Somatic Integration for Whole-Self Change: Change doesn’t just happen in the mind—it’s felt and embodied. Our work includes somatic (body-based) practices to help you connect with the deeper parts of yourself where emotions and habits reside. This approach complements your high-achiever mindset by offering tools that go beyond mental strategies alone.

A Process That Supports Real, Lasting Change

Traditional goal-setting hasn’t worked for a reason: the solution lies deeper than just setting intentions. Real transformation happens when we work with our whole self—mind, body, and inner motivations. Through this process-oriented approach, you’ll gain insights and tools that help you shift in a sustainable way, grounded in who you are.

What to Expect on a First Call

This isn’t a consult—it’s a coaching session.

When you book a first call with me, you’re not signing up for a sales pitch or a casual chat. You’re stepping into a session where we get to work right away.

  1. Why Now? (5 minutes)
I’ll ask: What led you to reach out for help now? This helps us focus on what matters most to you today.

Want to share details ahead of time? You’re welcome to email me anything on your mind before the session—no pressure, just an option.

  2. Let’s Dive In (35-40 minutes)
We’ll get to work right away. I’ll help you:

    • Untangle what’s feeling stuck or heavy right now.

    • Gain new insight or perspective on your situation.

    • Leave with a tangible shift—whether it’s clarity, a sense of relief, or one clear next step.

You don’t need to prepare anything. Just show up, and we’ll start where you are.

  3. Next Steps (5 minutes)
At the end, we’ll wrap up and talk about how you’re feeling after the session. If you’d like to keep going, you can book another session whenever you’re ready—no pressure, no rush.

What Makes This Different?

  • You’ll experience real coaching—not just a sales conversation.

  • There’s no pressure. My focus is on helping you, not convincing you.

  • You’ll leave with something meaningful: insight, clarity, or direction.
